Is your website secure?
Yes our website is very secure.  We use the latest in industry standard Secure Socket Layers or SSL to encrypt your personal information.  However we don't just stop there.  We take extra measures that most ecommerce websites don't take to make sure all of our personal information/data has the highest security.  We do daily website, malware, and email scans along with strenuous hacker/firewall testing to our server.  You can always check to see the status of our scans by going to the bottom of the website and click on our Security Lock Seal.  When placing an order look up at the top left corner of your browser to see "HTTPS" which means you're now in the high security part of our site and placing your order is 100% secure.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?
At no time do you have make an account to place an order.  We only offer it as it gives the customer more options and features to help save information and make future checkouts easier.  Also having an account lets you earn Shooky Points which are credit points for various activates such as purchasing, referring friends and family, voting on pulls, reviewing products, and much more. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.  We also offer PayPal if you prefer that payment method.  At this time we do not accept cash, check, or money orders.

We currently only charge sales tax in Oklahoma.  All other states are sales tax free.

Do I get anything for referring people?
Yes, we strongly believe in giving back to our customers. For every person your refer to our website you will receive 10 Shooky Points just for them making an account.  You will then receive 150 Shooky Points after their first t-shirt purchase (Which means they buy a shirt, you get a shirt FREE!) Am I able to change my order after its been placed?
If you feel you need to change something on an order after its been placed please contact us as soon as possible (make sure to include your order number).  Normally we can catch and make changes to an order as long as it hasn't been shipped out.  But since we try and ship all orders out as soon as possible, there is no guarantee.  Once an order has been shipped no order can be changed or edited in any way.

How do I cancel an order?
Normally you can cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped.  If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order contact us as soon as possible.  We try to ship all orders out quickly and once it goes to shipping we can not cancel the order.

What shipping methods do you offer?

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs will very depending on which method you pick and how fast you wish your order to arrive.  You cant view our shipping methods on our Shipping & Returns page.  Shipping quotes and calculation can be done and viewed by click "Shopping Cart" or "My Cart" at the top of the website.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for all domestic orders over $50.  At this time International order do not qualify for free shipping.

Can I track my order after it ships?
Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a tracking number.  Please make sure your spam filter allows emails from shookyclothing.com so you can get your tracking emails.  You can also view your tracking number by logging into "My Account" at the top of the website.

I need my order tomorrow, is that possible?
Sure it is, all orders placed before 3pm Central Standard Time via FedEx Overnight shipping method will arrive the next business day.

What is your return policy?
We strive to make every order a wonderful experience.  Without our loyal customers we would be nothing, so we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you get your order and are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and give us the chance to make it right.  If you still would like to return your order, we will be more than happy to accept your return within 30 days (60 days for international orders) of your purchase date. Simply email us at returns@shookyclothing.com and request an RMA number (please include your order number). Write the RMA number on your package and mail it back to us.  Note that all products must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition they were in when they arrived.     Back to Top

Who pays the return shipping fee?
Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our end (defective or incorrect product).

How long does it take to process a return/refund?
Once your return has been received and verified it will take 3-5 business days for the credit to show back up on your credit card.

Oops. This doesn't fit how do I exchange it for another size?
Simply contact us > let us know you are needing another size/exchange (remember to include your order number) > write your RMA on your package and mail it back to us.  Size exchanges are processed and mailed back within 7-10 business days.

What kind of material are your t-shirts?
All of our t-shirts are made out of 100% Ring-Spun Cotton.  They are 5oz of super softness.

How are your t-shirts printed?
All of our t-shirts are silk screen pressed with state of the art equipment.  We use a soft hand water-base eco-friendly ink, specialty ink, and foils for an amazing look on every t-shirt.

How do your t-shirts fit?
All of our shirts have a "trendy fit".  They are 5oz and are between a regular and a slim fit.  You can view the size chart by clicking here.

How should I wash and dry my t-shirt?
We recommend that all of our shirts be washed in cold water and then dried on a low heat setting.  They are pre-shrunk however all 100% cotton t-shirts will shrink up a little depending on how hot your dryer is.

Are your t-shirts pre-shrunk? Will they shrink more?
Yes we make sure that our t-shirts we pre-shrunk to minimize shrinking.  However some shrinking will occur all based on if you wash them in hot water rather than cold and on how hot your dryer setting is.  We recommend washing them in cold water and then dried in low heat (especially for your shirts first wash).

How do I use my Shooky Points?
Using Shooky Points are easy.  Once you have 150 or more points in your account simply log-in to your account.  Go to the product/t-shirt you wish to use them on, and then scroll down to "Use Your Points".  Follow through with checkout and your shirt will be shipped to you!  Note that all orders in which you use Shooky Points for will receive free shipping.  Free Shirt = Free Shipping.

Do you store my credit card information?
No,  we do not store or give you the option to save your credit card info for security reasons.  Once and order is charged the credit card info is deleted from our system.
