Shipping & Returns

Domestic (United States) Orders:

USPS First Class Mail (2-7 business days) - Limited Tracking/Delivery Confirmation. This is available to all U.S. States (Includes U.S. TERRITORIES and PO BOXES)

USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days) - Limited Tracking/Signature Confirmation. This is available to all U.S. States (Includes U.S. TERRITORIES and PO BOXES)

FREE SHIPPING (3-7 business days) - All domestic orders $50 & up qualify for our FREE SHIPPING offer. At this time International orders (with the exception of Canada) do not qualify for the Free Shipping offer.

 

International Orders:

USPS First-Class Mail International (3-5 weeks) - NO TRACKING offered with this service. USPS First-Class Mail International is not offered for orders greater than $150 or a weight over 4 LBS. Please note that Insurance is added to this shipping option to cover lost or undelivered orders using this shipping method as NO TRACKING is available.

Please remember that you are responsible for import duties and tariff for your country. All orders are marked $15.00 in value to help with this however we are not responsible for any fees that may occur.

 

Return Policy (100% Satisfaction Guarantee)

At Shooky Clothing we strive to make every order a wonderful experience. Without our loyal customers we would be nothing, so we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you get your order and are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us and give us the chance to make it right, if you at that point still would like to return your order we will be more than happy to accept your return within 30 days (60 days for International Orders) of your purchase date. Simply email us at returns@shookyclothing.com and request an RMA number (please include your order number in email). Write the RMA number on your package and mail it back to us. Note that all products must be unworn and unwashed and in the original condition they were in when they arrived.  Any products return that are not in original condition (no stains, blemishes, or holes) are subject to a $5 replacement fee per shirt.  $10 per hoodie.  This fee will come out of your refund, or it must be paid before your exchange is shipped.

Exchanges are accepted and must be equal or lesser value. Please let us know your are wanting an exchange when you contact us for an RMA number.

Please note that the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our end (defective or incorrect product).
